We are on a mission to produce the best backcountry food possible. It is thanks to feedback from customers like you that we will continue to tweak and refine our adventure menu.
If you are not truly satisfied with your Heather's Choice meals and snacks, please let us know! We would love to send you another meal to try, or offer you a full refund on your order.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number included. We will email you a shipping label to send back your products to be exchanged.
Upon receiving your package, we will mail an exchange item within three business days and you will receive its tracking number by email. If an item is returned, we will issue a full refund within three days of receiving and will email you a notification.
