Hello and welcome to the #FitFoodieChallenge brought to you by Heather's Choice, Train to Hunt, and EmPack from Evolved Motion!

The challenge for the next seven days is to do ALL SEVEN WORKOUTS! Are you game? There will be a variety of time differentials and intensities for each of these workouts. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to improve your strength and physical ability, whether you are a workout junkie or a first time trainee. These workouts are simple and require only an EmPack (or sandbag) to complete.

The workouts were designed by Kenton Clairmont of Train to Hunt. Eight years ago Kenton launched a website called Train to Hunt to help hunters prepare for the physical demands of whatever hunt they had coming up in the fall.

Nutrition tips were provided by Heather Kelly of Heather's Choice! Our meals and snacks were inspired by a need for calorie rich foods on our extended backcountry adventures in Alaska. We are all about using nutritious foods to maximize athletic performance at home or in the backcountry.

  • Hi Lance! Yes, you can find videos for each movement on our Instagram page! Simply click on the corresponding Instagram post (day one, day two, day three…) and you will see a video from Kenton of Train to Hunt for each movement. Enjoy the workouts!

  • I was reading through the 7 day challenge….looks great. However, Im a little unsure of what some of those exercises are? Should I just google? It would be nice if you described the motions of the exercises….
