The EmPack from Evolved Motion is a great alternative to a sandbag for anyone that's traveling (or not)! It's a stylish backpack with re-fillable water bladders that allow you to adjust the weight of the pack for your desired workout.

The workouts were designed by Kenton Clairmont of Train to Hunt. Eight years ago Kenton launched a website called Train to Hunt to help hunters prepare for the physical demands of whatever hunt they had coming up in the fall.

Nutrition tips were provided by Heather Kelly of Heather's Choice! Our meals and snacks were inspired by a need for calorie rich foods on our extended backcountry adventures in Alaska. We are all about using nutritious foods to maximize athletic performance at home or in the backcountry.
